Yes, ALEYE is designed to pair with Meta Ray-Ban. If you don’t have compatible glasses yet, you can still preorder the wristband now and select your glasses later. Meta Ray-Ban smart glasses are not included and must be purchased separately. HapWare does not sell or manufacture Meta Ray-Ban products. Yes, a paid subscription is required for ALEYE to function. The subscription enables core app features and services and is sold separately from the ALEYE device. If you do not preorder a subscription, your subscription will begin and be charged upon device activation. You can start, pause, or manage your subscription at any time through your account.

Yes. All preorders are fully refundable prior to shipment. If you preorder the Complete Bundle, the prepaid subscription will be refunded as part of your order.
Important Compatibility Disclaimer
Thank you for your interest in ALEYE! Before placing a preorder, please carefully review the following requirements to ensure your device is compatible with the ALEYE app:
Device Requirement:
ALEYE has a companion app that only works with smartphones. More about phone requirements below.
iPhone Model Requirement:
ALEYE requires iPhone 13 or newer. Older models are not supported, and the app will not run on them.
iOS Version Requirement:
Your iPhone must be running iOS 17 or newer. Devices with older versions of iOS will not be able to use ALEYE.
Meta Ray-Ban Glasses Requirement:
ALEYE requires Meta Ray-Ban smart glasses to function. Users without compatible glasses will not be able to use the app.
Meta AI Account Requirement:
To access the app, you must have a Meta AI account. You will need to provide the email associated with this account to be added to Test Flight and use ALEYE with your glasses.
Optional Meta Glasses Serial Number:
In some cases, we may require your Meta glasses serial number to grant Test Flight access.
Preorder Eligibility:
To preorder, you must meet all of the above hardware and software requirements. If your device or software is not compatible, we unfortunately cannot offer the device at this time. We encourage users to upgrade their device or iOS version if possible, or wait for future versions.
